We use our own and third-party cookies for many purposes. We use them, for example, to help you sign up for our services and to protect your data, and to make the ads that you see more relevant to you.
What cookies do we use?
- Security: We use security cookies to authenticate users, prevent fraudulent use of login credentials and protect user data from unauthorised parties. Authentication cookies are included in this category, as well as in the Processes category. DOSarrest (developed by DOSarrest Internet Security) is our partner who provides us security cookies.
- Processes: Process cookies help make the website work and deliver services that the website visitor expects, like navigating around web pages or accessing secure areas of the website. Without these cookies, the website cannot function properly. Preferences, Load balancing and Session State cookies are included in the Processes cookies.
- Analytics: These type of cookies are used to understand, improve, and research products and services, including when you access Yumbo or other websites and apps from a computer or mobile device. For this purpose our partners are Effective measure, Google Analytics (developed by Google, Inc.) and Optimizely (developed by Optimizely, Inc).
- Social plug-in content and Social plug-in tracking cookies: Our website may contain one or more of social plug-in modules. Social plug-in module allows the users of social networks to share contents that they like with their ‘friends’ (and propose other related functionalities such as publishing comments). These plug-ins store and access Cookies on the user’s computer, allowing the social networks to identify their members when they interact with these plug-ins. Our social plug-in partners include Twitter, Facebook, Janrain and Comufy.
